He's literally one of the few people I believe is natural. He's got the typical natty lifter look on stage.

Also - it seems like this shit is ALL about diet, not what specific lifts you do. Jeff literally goes from dadbod to shredded on stage by just sticking to his calorie deficit in his own words "98% of the time"

He gets fat when he isn't sticking to his diet.
