How do you improve your cardio dramatically? I've become much stronger these past few months but my cardio is a limiting factor now especiall for leg day. I sometimes have to pause or even stop having sex because I feel like I will faint otherwise, it's embarassing, I'm willing to do anything.

If cardio i your limiting factor for leg day there is something wrong with your leg day. I would recommend just adding a sprint day, and really running for as long and has as you can on each sprint. See if you can get a higher "max" amount of time at 100% intensity.

30s sprint, 1min rest 4 rounds

30s sprint, 45s rest 3 rounds

30s sprint, 45s rest 4 rounds

30s, 30s, 4 rounds

Do these twice a week at the end of your session. Once you get to week 6 you can just kind of stay with that number or add rounds as you like.

as the other anon said, do a progressive sprint program, not steady state cardio. Your problem is endurance related but is not technically cardio related.
