My protocol:

Daily sunlight and redlight therapy
Red bulbs in house only after dark, electronics on max nightlight mode basically black and white and dark
Full stack of supps including zinc boron copper magnesium vit d+k cod liver oil turkesterone honeymaxxed nax natto turmeric pepper cayenne manganese
Eat ancestralmaxxed foods, 6 eggs for breakfast before suntanning at 11, beef daily, bone broth daily, thicc protein shake w collagen
Nut once a week
4x a week heavy lifts and cardio occasionally
Saunamaxxing daily
Hatemaxxing on nonwhites and the weak and sick and disabled and elderly
Grounding in my yard
Gardening in spring and beekeepmaxxing

What am I missing?

ive been measuring test every 4-6 mo for the past 3 years. the most i got was like 750, the lowest 506. things that seem to have effect:
>broad workout scope - i mean cardio and full body rather than maxxing one or 2 lifts is positive for test
>supplementing vitamin D doesnt seem to have much effect
>zinc might have some effect, not much
>getting good amount of fats seems to have positive effect
>being very low BF(sub10%) does seem to have negative effect but its little
>going outside, sunbathing and stressminning seems to have positive effect
>good foods: steaks, eggs, raw milk seem to have positive effect.
>probably the most important thing: good sleep

for me the rest seems like minimal effect or jsut total BS. end of blogpost
