Seeing shit like this is demoralizing as fuck as someone who started to finally get serious in the gym
>>
>>76940236
does this kike really need to be in a fucking towel? why don't (((they))) have any fucking decency
>>
>>76940236
don't get demoralized, also the guy should cut
>>
>>76940236
You never have to be this fat and that guy has gyno
>>
He has some solid muscle, he's just chubby.
>>
>>76940236
I can maintain 12% year round so all those chubby dipshits infuriate with their sheer incompetence rather than demoralize me
>>
>>76940236
trash diet
>>
>>76940236
>No mention of diet
>No actual explanation of what his routine looks like
>No mention of how consistent he is
>No mention of the quality of his average lift
>No mention of sleep quality, nor quantity
If this 10-second clip is enough to demoralize you, you were never going to make it in the first place
>>
Nah, he's just eating like shit. Don't eat like shit and you won't look like this
>>
>>76940236
>Delusional fat guy who doesn't work hard
>Thinks he's real life and everything better than him is fake

Tale as old as time

>4-5x/week
This is your "bro split" routine plus poor genetics
Guarantee he never did an LP, never got to 1/2/3/4, is not progressively overloading, is not deadlifting, etc

>>76940300
I notice you guys always bring up everything but what someone's actual lifts are. This suggests most of you are NGMI. You think success comes from diet and consistency rather than how much you lift. That is and always will be the number one question.
>>
>>76940240
>>76940241
These
>>76940312
Also true, "4 years" lol. worthless fucking metric when you go to failure 7 total times in that time period
>>
>>76940236
This is obviously a psyop by big gear meant to target 14 year old brazillians and indians
Nobody else is watching short form social media bullshit with bated breath
>>
>>76940236
He doesn’t look like he works out very hard
>>
>>76940236
I have a little better physique but been lifting for 11 years, my body is more defined in the abs and shoulders and no gyno but I'm not huge. Sitting at 205lbs at 6ft 1.
>>
>>76940236
Also something I noticed. If you don't have any obvious muscle groups that stand out to people before you started lifting then you're never going to look really good. If you don't look like a decent built guy before working out and dieting then you're going to look above average at best if you lift for at least 5 consecutive years. The only guys with impressive physiques are guys who already looked good before lifting or husky guys who were strong af but just had a lot of fat on.
>>
>>76940236
what a fat piece of shit lol
>>
>>76940236
Don't get demoralized, just realize that peoples perceived level of exertion is WILDLY different. That retard has probably not broken a sweat in the gym not once in those 4+ years.
>>
>>76940236
Starting Strength claims another
>>
>>76940236
He's doing something wrong. I'm older, bigger, leaner, and lift less. Probably diet skill issues judging by the tits. Maybe also cardio skill issues. 100% supplement skill issues.
>>
>>76940468
elaborate
>>
>>76940343
>big gear
Gear being black market it's I believe mostly produced and sold by a bunch of small potatoes and private individuals
>>
>>76940468
Obviously not
You can tell he doesn't deadlift, probably can't squat 275. He said he lifted 5 days a week. This is what happens when you DON'T get strong first.
>>
>>76940485
Strength training won't get you jacked. That's not what it's for. Being disappointed because you did SS and TM and look like shit is like being disappointed that it didn't make you run faster.
>>
>never cut
>bodyfat hides muscle definition
>expects not to look dyel
>>
>>76940236
Are fitness influencers bullshit? Yes. They aren't going to show bad pictures/videos. They are going to show themselves only in the best light, literally and figuratively.
Is this guy also bullshit? Yes. There is a lot of missing information after "4+ years of lifting, 4-5x/week", assuming that statement is even true. Was he consistent? Was his diet on point? Did he get enough sleep every day? Does he drink regularly or do other shit that impacts his gains? Was his program any good? Did he put in effort into every session, or did he scroll his phone for 10 minutes between every half-assed set? Does he have shit or good genetics?
Based on what he looks like, my guess is the answers to several of those questions are bad answers for the purposes of growing muscle.
Regardless, the only comparison you should be doing is yourself today versus yourself yesterday. Are you, on average, improving from one day to the next? Good, keep going until you get to where you want to be. Are you treading water or regressing? Not good, change shit up and do better.

Brazillian here, I'm 6 months into 500mg of test and I have the best shape of my life, I'll probably nevr go back to natty lifting, it's too ungrateful and high effort low reward hobby.
Girls literally want to grope me at the park when I'm there doing calisthenics, before when I was a skinnyfat natty I was invisible to women, the truth is that some of us won't be able to make it without gear, this world isn't fair so just break the rules brah.
>>
>>76940236
the problem is he's fat. his muscle is probably underneath all his fat

Are you 36 with NW2 hair and skipping around, but have some deep-ass Chud lines? KEK.
>>
>>76940496
You are neither strong nor jacked so why are you commenting?
>>
yeah, the problem is that fitness influencers give you unrealistic standards, so when you fail, which you are guaranteed to do, you end up buying their programs, which will also lead to your failure, but they'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
>>
That guy looks worse than any kid in a high-school sports team lmao
>>
>>76940481
no, it's 100% genetics.

how you look after lifting is dependent almost entirely on genetics. Like 90%. The other 10% is the hard effort.

1 out of 5 prime age males that are recruited for muscle growth studies gains ZERO muscle even after 12 weeks of intense lifting. It has nothing to do with effort, it's genetics. The grifters don't want you to know this information so they can sell you more useless shit that won't work.

The only thing that might, and this is also not guaranteed, is hopping on steroids, they'll take you to your limit, but your limit may still be dyel mode.

Roids are more important than genetics, roids can turn a 3/10 dude into a 6 or 7 but you’ll most likely pay with years of ur life
>>
>>76940681
again, there's a large cohort of males that have taken steroids and have achieved minimal results.

I'll agree that using steroids will give you the most muscle your genetics will allow, I'm just saying that using steroids isn't always going to transform you, at least aesthetically. People will develop a large amount of strength with steroids, its just muscle size and aesthetics may not come with it.

Yeah totally bro, I'm sure he's an ACTN3 577X nonsense mutant. But doesn't this bring up the question of readthrough therapy skill issues?
>>76940681
>Roids are more important than genetics
Shit nobody heard of like myogenic regulatory factors are ack-shilly more important than most "roids" or "genetics."
>t. used some really deranged China shit to get over perp weight
>>
>>76940574
Looks sick
>>
>>76940641
Keep spinning your wheels doing 10 reps of OHP for shoulders a week and calling anyone with capped delts a roidtranny. It's not a waste of time if you're having fun.
>>
>>76940574
im literally the left lol
>>
>>76940688
your genetics will predispose you to hunger definitely. Some people will have no problem shedding weight, for others it will be absolute hell. This is clearly the case, and it is even proven by the invention of GLP 1 agonists which seek to blunt the feeling of hunger
>>
>>76940686
that's because the average person taking steroids is a dyel retard and they manage to get minimal results with cheat codes
>>

>>76940698
Bish, I do CB1 and GHSR agonists to get hungrier; they blow your argument up even more than your own GLP1 citation, kek.
>>
>>76940702
that means you are someone that doesn't have a lot of hunger drive, which also means you are also primed to gain tons of muscle.

Those that are predisposed to being fat will have to take more advantage of catabolic states, which aren't good for muscle

Conversely, you have to take advantage of anabolic states, which is conducive to muscle growth.

This is such an easy thing to understand.
>>
>>76940312
His core is showing some definition even at 25% bodyfat he'd have ripped abs if he cut
>>
>>76940709
NTA but you’re wrong, being on gear will increase ur hunger by a lot on top of lifting harder due to strength gain, then if you need to cut you can just take a glp1, if you take enough gear you will grow no matter how bad ur genetics are, I have never seen a small dude on 2-3g of roids, the genetic factor here is how long you can last without dying but you will grow
>>
>>76940236
what makes a man adopt feminine 'body positivity' mindset? Your workouts suck, your diet sucks, your lifestyle sucks. That's why you look like 200 lbs of birdshit

There are non-gear "solutions" to some of these mutations, though.

I look practically the same minus the child bearing hips and haven't lifted in years.
>>
>>76940236
How is this demoralizing? I saw the comments and they were overwhelmingly positive. Just go to the gym and start improving yourself.

I dont care if normies think thats impressive.
Im doing this shit to save myself, it do or die for me atp

>>

Guy barely looks like he lifts. He's probably bashing the same weight he started at.
