I've been planning on eating it everyday for dinner. Roughly 12oz distributed across 3 highly delectable tortillas.My preliminary research showed that shrimp is not on the list of seafoods high in mercury. And dietary cholesterol as we all know has been deboonked. Is there anything else I need to be concerned about? Money is not an issue.
