After doing PPLPPXX for a year now I’m going back home to good ol’ Arnie splitzky, I feel like most of my arms and chest gains were made when I ran Arnold split for 6 months.Of course I’m going to skip the 2nd leg day because I’m not a faggot or a woman, is there anything else I should modify? Maybe deadlifts on back day but then I wouldn’t barbell bench press on that day.
