2026 will be the first year (for real this time) where I stick to tracking my calorie intake every single day, and staying within my calorie limitations to remain in a calorie deficit, so I can finally get lean. No more yo-yo fad dieting, I'm going all in CICO and aiming for single digit bodyfat.

I am also going to stop routine-hoping. I will pick 1 routine for 2026 and I will do it for the entire year, no excuse, no bullshitting around, for no reason at all will I ever routine hop in 2026.

I will also wake up at the same time every single day in 2026 to ensure my sleeping patterns dont get all warped and mixed up anymore. No matter what day it is, no matter if I didn't sleep enough, no matter what, when the alarm goes off, I'll wake up, no excuses or copes.

2026 will be the year I finally get shredded & ripped and I will finally be able to say I made it.

Ive already got my entire plan setup for 2026.

My main issues have been

1) Constantly changing lifting routines

2) Constantly going over my daily calorie intake

3) Not sticking to a proper sleep schedule
