How is it even possible to cut when i'm sedentary90% of my week is laying down and the rest is literally just the gymI have no one to go out with and nothing to do outside of the gym and cant afford any other sport (i pay my gym membership on a yearly basis up ahead)My food intake is the same or even less yet i somehow gained 5kg. I even cut dairy intake by 80% and no i dont add any sauces or dips to my food that may account for calories and use minimal olive oil for cooking
