You can make a surprising amount of progress in a year if you do everything right. Actually learning how to train right and push yourself is an absolute game changer, and desu it takes most people 2 years of "training" just to learn that, if they do at all. I know people who have been going to the gym for 5 years who still have a sub 2pl8 bench...Learn to train right and get locked in with diet and everything changes, you can literally be gaining strength every week and look noticeably bigger in months. >>76941372Thing is when you're lean, it's really easy to look a lot bigger than you really are in photos. The camera adds 50lbs, anyone who's seen Tristyn Lee in person can attest to this. Half these skellies in the transformations aren't really getting bigger but just using camera trickery to look bigger.
