Any good cooking hacks? I just want to be fucking done, man, I just want to get my fucking meals in and be done with it. Sous vide or something? There's gotta be some technology out there where you just put your fucking shit in that's it. No bullshit. I want to put food behind me and move on with my life.

Maybe optimizing here and there based off of how I feel/longevity/strength research.

Every week, I meal prep about 5lbs of ground beef crumbles, 5lbs of grilled chicken breast, and a dozen chicken wings. I usually make steak fajitas on Saturday and pork chops sometime during the week. From there, I have well over a week's worth of options from tacos and fajitas to rice to potatoes etc. It takes me about an hour of actual prepping and cooking, and about 15 minutes to put my plate together in the evenings.

i find it easier than chicken, cause chicken needs to be well cooked for salmonella and stuff

>Lightly butter a pan, medium-low heat
>put in the beaten eggs
>do nothing for like 3 minutes
>put chicken strips, spinach, cheese, other random veggies or whatever the fuck you want on one side
>do nothing for another 3 minutes
>Fold it over

I don't know why this isn't that popular, the effort to taste and macro ratio is just insane.
