>tfw slowly coming to terms with the fact that I probably don't work my chest out enough
I do like 24 total sets for my back a week but only 10 for my chest.

The spread is something like:
>5 sets for lats
>3 sets for traps
>2 sets for upper traps/neck
>2 sets for lower back/posterior chain
and then I repeat this one time obviously

for chest it's really just:
>2-3 pressing sets
>2-3 fly sets usually pec deck fly (but moving to cable crossovers that feel better lately)

I think I definitely need to add 2-3 sets to chest even though I'm cutting. I feel like my chest is starting to lag behind my back and arms visually.

You bench 175. It doesn't matter. Get your bench to 315x5 doing 3 sets a week and you'll look better.

I can't do dips because of chest pain in some sort ligament attatched to my ribs. And my lower chest is lagging bad. Been doing decline flys and dumbell pressing followed by incline and a bit of light flat barbell bench and push ups to end. Not quite satisfying. My delts and triceps are starting to take over by the end for some reason even with flys.

Maybe i need chess press and cables to isolate chest properly after all?

Should i set my bench to be less of an incline?
