You can skip some weekends obviously but you will have to make up for it later.If you eat 3 meals a day, either adjust the numbers, or make the third meal on the spot. I was struggling to hit 225 for the first time at age 26. And every pound thereafter has been a long, slow struggle and slog. Currently at 375, paused. Competition bench. Will probably hit 405 close to age 60.
