It doesn’t have a ton, has pull-up bars, rings (non adjustable), those weird body weight leverage contraptions, stuff for lunges and squats.I’ve been out of lifting for years. My peak was only ever 10 pull-ups. I don’t think I can even do one right now. How do I back into it if I’m mostly trying to get lean? If I was 50lbs lighter I could probably do at least one. Need to lose like 80lbs. Do I just walk down there, do some negatives and call it a day and eventually I’ll either lose enough weight to do more than just losing the weight or I’ll get good enough to do them before the weight is lost?Wow, if I could get fit again I could run down there in like 15 minutes, do some body weight shit, then walk/jog back home all before work.

Pull-ups and dips are the upper body staples, then working towards pistols squats and ring rollouts for legs & core.
