Does anybody else bulk during the summer and cut during the winter?
>>
I just perma-maingain

I do because I historically would always accidentally fatten up Nov-Jan so if I make that my Hard Mode times I end up doing pretty well and not completely stressed out trying to cut before summer.

Currently doing OMAD just to see what happens, only black coffee and water with some lemon throughout the day.

Came off of a few day fast, and I'm still down 5lbs after re-feeding.

Looking to drop quite a few lbs before the new year comes around. I think I can make it.

Bit late to the party, but what can ya do...
>>
I'm on a permabulk so that I can ensure consistent gains and still eat what I want. I'm not fat, but I have a little tummy pudge. Abs are overrated; I'm going for that big frame

u don't need to cut to get arse like this :D
provided u're reasonably lean to begin with it will manifest itself in about 4 weeks :D

sit on high stool or sth with one buttock and upper thigh then do only the last portion of motion sliding foot of working leg on the floor, i do it with powerband hooked on low anchor point

seated glute kickback stabilizes spine and pelvis, disengages posas, gluteus medius, adductors and lets you work gluteus maximus to the lowest muscle fibers of it

AND u won't get that arse from cutting anyways - it's just not there, the lower gluteus maximus, u have never done it

What are tge results? Peds? Im about to start maingaining soon because i can no longer stand the cutting and bulking cycles. I feel like so much focusing on my diet is starting to ruin lifting for me.

yes. i do this. i feel that you should follow the traditions of your ancestors even if you don't always know why. they intentionally fattened themselves up in november and december with feasts and sweets and holidays. then they starved all through the long winter and lost weight until spring when they could hunt/gather/farm again. autophagy is magic and they did that shit every single year. religious traditions still have a fasting season in early spring and it's a throwback to this pattern.

i don't want to miss out on the feasts and celebrations that our ancestors enjoyed and still go on to this day. so, i eat some candy at halloween, i have a big meal on thanksgiving, and i eat some treats around christmas time- but then it's time to lock in.

winter is coming.

that's retarded anon. I can't imagine surviving christmas on proper cut. doing cardio in the winter is so much less convenient. veggies are lower quality and expensive, the same for fruit. it's generally harder to keep moving a lot as everything discourages you: short days, shitty weather, worse air quality.
