less cns strain makes the workout more enjoyable. i feel like absolute shit after training for strength, it's masochistic.on the other hand, i feel happy after a high volume low weight workout.i don't like cardio tho, that's just boring. lifting for hyperthrophy is the middle ground
Do all 3 and stop being a pussy dyel

if you're training for hypertrophy and you don't feel worn out afterwards, you're not training with enough volume and your progress is going to be disappointing
Powerlifting training does not work for me. I think I would need almost the same weight to do 5x5 and 3x10. Like my last set on 5x5 I am going to be WAY fucking weaker than the first set. Unless power lifting fags take like 5 minutes between sets or something
>>76942884powerlifters DO take longer rests between sets- 3 minutes is fairly standard, but anywhere up to 10 minutes isn't completely unheard of (for heavy doubles and triples mind you, sets of 5 it might be a bit of a waste). you're also supposed to be weaker on the last set than you are on the first, the whole point of weight training is to stress the muscle so that it grows back bigger and stronger. honestly, this just sounds like you're not training with enough weight or volume and that you don't actually like working out- which is fine, but then why don't you find a form of exercise you actually enjoy and is actually going to lead to you making progress?
