Turpentine is ack-shilly very toxic. Plenty of plant-based anti-parasitics out there including ecdysterone, even ivermectin horsey cream is safer than turpentine, kek. But parasites only infect like 10% of the population fr fr when u read the studies, not worth going too overboard on prophylaxis unless u eat like Goatis. For microplastics just do sulphoraphane and give blood occasionally, don't heat up foods in plastic containers and cut all your teabags open to make it in a steeper, the rest is pretty much schizo shit.

Goatis isn't *totally* wrong that *some* plants have some toxic-ass chemicals, but a lot of them are way more toxic to parasite than to humans.

Oxalates are literally just a probiotic skill issue, though.
