>>76943723He just needs to lose weight and he'll look big.Stop posting retarded shit.
>>76943724Anybody who works out hard would look better after 4 years lifting, he looks shittier than A FUCKING DRUMMER FFS/
>>76943727All he has to do is fast until he's lean.
That guy has gyno which is a medical disorder
>>76943723Probably not the answer you're after, but I once saw a wheelchair racer with sacral agenesis at Walmart.>t. ack-shilly knows about strange genetic disorders
>>76943727>he looks shittier than a fucking drummerTrue. And so do you :)
>>76943727>shittier than A FUCKING DRUMMER
>>76944455I mog lars. I mog Lars’ body, hairline, and single stroke fills. I am also taller and could beat him up. I’ve also never sued people for enjoying my music like a fucking FAGGOT despite already being incredibly wealthy.
what is the point of this thread
people don't understand how much easier it is to get jacked when youre 165cm even compared to just 175cm, let alone 185cm which is regular height for zoomers nowadays
>>76944485post song
>>76944519Taller people do need more total muscle but have a bigger frame to fit muscle on and look better for it. Tall faggots cry when they want quick gains instead of long term commitment.
>>76943723Lmao nice titties, mind if y'know? *honk honk*
>>76944531yes they can fit more muscle, but their bones are longer, which means the muscle bellies don't pop as much as manlet bones.Tall people are much stronger and much more muscled than short people, but short people are able to look more muscled.
>>76944553The amount of muscle you can build compunds with height. Quit coping. Lift more often.
>>76944485>>76944523This. I have a friend like this who is always pointing out the failings of successful people. And he often has a point. But on the other hand. They actually DO shit. They've accomplished impressive things. What have you done??
>>76943723There is no such thing as good genetics, only good diet and training. Unironically. It's true, I know a guy who is now 200lbs ripped at like 5'10", looks amazing and has a legit 3pl8 bench for reps - by legit I mean no equipment, full ROM, no bouncing off chest etc. He's someone you would consider to have "good genetics"It took him 10 years total with 5 years of serious lifting to get there. And before gym he looked like shit and was just your run of the mill fat kid, no athleticism, sucked at every sport. For his first 5 years of lifting he made shit progress and just barely reached 2pl8 bench. His training sucked and he just ate whatever he wanted. He'd do bullshit like loading 405lbs onto a safety bar and then do quarter rep squats with help from a spotter, or bro science 21 curls.he made like 80% of his gains over the past 5 years and lost a ton of fat too, it took him 5 years of fucking around when he started before he actually learned how to train right, train hard, and take diet seriously. he completely changed and looks like a different guy now. You can't just put it down to genetics though because he looked like shit and was weak in the past, when he was training like a retard and just eating whatever. that's why I'll always think diet and training matter more than genetics. from age 15 when he started to age 25 now is night and day difference, and you can't argue that he changed his genes
>>76943723yes two and they were polar opposites. one was my childhood bestfriend who had a full beard in the 6th grade. he put on muscle like no one I have seen since. he was like 6'3 240lbs by the time we graduated high school. went to play football at Alabama. He reminds me a lot of Brock LesnorSecond was this other kid who had osteoporosis and some other disorder I forget. But he was super weak and fragile. You could flick his arm and he would scream in pain, and then there would be a massive bruise a few hours later. He was cool. We would play Minecraft together sometimes. But he got bullied a lot. He ended up killing himself.
>>76944616>But he got bullied a lot. He ended up killing himselfDamn, that's rough. Sorry for your loss.
>>76944519>go to gym barely 2x a week>every session half arsed, never train to failure, no progressive overload, cut session short and skip hard movements like walking lunges>just eat whatever, shitty microwave slop 'meals', soda, takeout, mcdonalds and wendys>probably sleep like shit too and drink beer every friday saturday>"Yeah bro my arms are skinny, I have a pot belly and poverty bench and squat just because I'm tall, I'd be jacked as fuck if I was 5'9"
>>76944683Thanks I had to find someone else to bully
>>76944577>defending Lars ulrich >for freeGo away, Lars. Nobody likes you.
>>76943723He looks barely better than me and I've been lifting for 3 months. What is this dude actually doing
>>76944976Kek yeah right post body
Ran with a guy that went to an Olympics and later with a woman that managed the same. Witnessed both come back off long, nasty injuries and be almost immediately quick, the woman alone running times that /roon/ would consider extremely try-hard for a man.Aliens.This capture system is shit
>>76943723>4 years>shit progress >muh genetic I fucking hate all those faggots that they never push. I bet he can’t even do 1/2/3/4
>>76943723Not a freak but i'm propably a far outlier in vertical pull strenght(and less so overall). Could do one arm chinup at 17yrs old and 195lbs. Then i started at 3plate DL and got to 6plates in 10 months before plateauing(also dirty bulked at that time). Occasionally considered going for OAC world record but then that russian gigaroider smaev stepped in.
>>76945126One arm chinup meaning one hand gripping your other hand/wrist/forearm or only using one hand?
>>76945171Only using one hand obviously. Grabbing the wrist takes only ~20% more effort than normal.
>>76944519Sad cope. I'm 180cm formerly skinnyfat and it took me less than 6 months for strangers to start commenting on my physique. If you struggle becoming fit it's a lack of intelligence and/or willpower keeping you down nothing else.
>>76943723>4 years of lifting>saggy manboobssad
>>76944394Aren't wheelchair basketballs super buff?
>>76945591Pretty frequently. She's a para-athelete who also plays wheelchair basketball and has fairly jacked arms for her size, I guess to compensate for FULLY skipping leg day from birth, kek.
>>76944683yeah it was really surreal. I knew him from 4th to 7th grade and one day he was just gone. I got pulled into a meeting with the principal, his parents, my parents, and that's it. They told all his friends one at a time like that. The weirdest part was the guys who would bullied him didn't even care. They just moved on to other people. I learned that some people are evil at a young age.
>>76944485
>>76943727>he looks shittier than A FUCKING DRUMMER FFS/He's also FAT. You guys always underestimate how much body fat counts when it comes to looks.
>>76946025>I learned that some people are evil at a young age. They are called "non-whites" and have only been accepted as people for a few decades.
>>76943723I don't understand these "this is how someone who works out for 4/5 years actually look like" reelsLike are they supposed to demotivate you? What is the endgame here?
it's amazing the difference 5% bodyfat makes
>>76945126You could do pretty well in grappling, back is the most important strength. What were you doing in childhood?
>>76946286I did semi serious swimming for 10ish years and our coach went against the grain and concentrated on having fun and doing sprints instead of endless laps. Also climbing onto stuff and wrestling with friends who I lost to only 1 time out of hundreds.I think in my case it's a clear that i had both nature and nurture set up for pulling stuff. Dad also used to curl almost as much as he benched when he was young lad and did some impressive kayaking stuff.
>>76946433 Your entire life and epigenetics were made for back strength. Look up Boris Terry, similar story but his father was a bodybuilder not a kayaker.
>>76947593Im a lot like you DAD
>>76944775Who is Lars Ulrich?
>>76948263the third best drummer in metallica
>>76949323Haven't heard this joke in literal decades but it's still probably true
>>76944485Dave... Is that you?
