Anyone else fall for the Eric Helms meme?

He's been talking non-stop for like 15 years on YouTube about everything

But how much of it is even helpful? Its not. Im not sure how he can talk about this stuff for so many years for so many hours all the time...

Wtf, just lift weights, progressively overload, and track ur macros, there, done. Not sure why this takes decades of non-stop talking.

Here’s the bottom line, people who actually know shit churn out actual champions. The rest are all the same, from Ed Helms to the boomer at your gym giving you form advice.

Helms is actually a competitive bodybuilder and has done reasonably well (unlike Mr Mike), so I have to think he at least somewhat knows what he’s talking about.
>endless talking
Yeah, he had to make a career, I guess, being part of the science-based lifting crew. Still probably better than listening to the old boomer at your gym, who will just tell you how he used to be jacked or play defensive end in hs.
