I'll never understand the retards that take some kind of retarded stance against electrolytes every so often
And there's also some retard who starts drinking distilled water and wonders why it hurts him every so often too

How to achieve anything:
Step 1) don't be retarded like this
>>
>>76944130
Salt dehydrates you and is terrible for your skin. Don't even get me started on digestion and your stomach lining.
>>
>>76944160
And don’t even get me started on retards who get fooled by some random grifter on Twitter or YouTube!
>>
>>76944160
>stop consuming electrolytes
Buddy. Where do you think your body gets the chlorine ions to make concentrated hydrochloric acid to store in your gall bladder?
>>
>>76944130
They dont sweat enough to understand the difference in the way their body feels without electrolytes. Dyels who never played a sport. Marines have electrolytes in their water.
>>

Electrolytes are one of the main things the liver needs to synthesize proteins lmaoooo
Also, it doesn't dehydrate you at all
Studies have found people who consume enough salt need less water than those who don't

This isn't even getting in to neurological function and what it takes to get to babbys first strength and size goals
>>
>>76944160
>You can't properly digest food without electrolytes
We know, but how is that a bad thing lmaooo
Salt literally aids in almost function of the body
Like what in the fuck have you been consoooming that gave you such objectively incorrect information like holy shit dude stop posting

>there's also some retard who starts drinking distilled water and wonders why it hurts him every so often too
I only drink distilled at home and It's universally better, drink less and don't get thirsty. Those electrolytes detract from hydration and you can get them from food.

>Those electrolytes detract from hydration
LMAO your brain is dried out bro.
>>
>>76944273
It's a fact, retard. If you're hypernatremic it makes you thirsty, and you're just drinking more fucking salt with regular water, negating some rehydration. Pure water best.

>Trusting the sodium jew

Far too many SALTY anons in this thread
>>
>>76944269
>I destroy my body's natural electrolyte balance at home
>Electrolytes are bad
Holy fuck
The reduced neurological function from depleted sodium and potassium has made you even more retarded somehow

You literally cannot prove this without going to some kind of insane exaggeration like drinking sea water and getting the shits. Regular, even above average sodium consumption increases water retention.

Agreed Op is a dumb ass. When I lost a bunch of weight after a long diet and was maintaining, I started getting minor black outs when standing up. Vision would go dark and I would have to steady myself against the wall to manage.
It was much worse at night when I would wake up to go pee.
One night I found myself flat on the floor. Turns out, I had POTS.
What solved it would make OP seethe, I started supplementing salt and potassium on top of the magnesium I was taking before bed.
100% solved the problem and more importantly it made my cardio easier to do. Go figure electrolytes are stupid important when you do high intensity exercises.
Unlike Op who is clearly a DYEL.

How come bars provide salted peanuts?
>>
>>76944328
Samesies. Watching my salt intake to tey and correct my slightly high blood pressure resulted in my having all kinds of problems. Turns out you need salt to live. Fixed the BP with diet and exercise, and when my GP tries to complain about my salt intake I just smile and nod.

>>76944328
Wow thanks for your completely anecdotal evidence!

Kys retard holy shit

How come you're pivoting to a strawman
>>

To make you thirsty so you'll buy more drinks.
