Used to do Pull, push (dips, pushups), and abs.
Now I do pull (heavy once a week, then normal and some machines), push (started using weights for shoulders after rotator cuff issues, working towards handstand presses, more complex ring push variations), and then trick/skill work (got into hangboarding and grip strength stuff, but usually handstands or anything fun). I do this probably 6x a week.

I started with calisthenics and was doing something similar. I also recently started hitting rotator cuffs and delts with dumbell ohp and feels amazing. Really needed it a long time ago.

Never done any ring work. Do you attatch them to a pullup bar at a park or home?
