There is nothing better in this life for your convenience, health, and overall feeling of well-being than to have low effort, easy to pass, clean without wiping bowel movements. Below is a recipe for achieving this without impacting your diet negatively through excess calories or grocery budget.

>Go on amazon or any health food site or physical location and purchase Psyllium Husk powder. This is the same stuff as metamucil but sometimes less than half the price depending on the brand you buy

>Also acquire Beta-Glucan 3,4 powder. Be sure it is specifically the 1,3;1,4 variety as the 1,3;1,6 variant does not offer the same health benefits and is overall a lower quality product.

>Begin eating 1 or 2 apples every single day

>Begin adding oats into your diet, if not for breakfast, as an additive in soups or bread if you bake.

With your Psyllium husk and beta-glucan powders you want to take 2 teaspoons of both mixed into a large glass of water. These powders are soluble fiber, a nutrient that most westerners get very little of and something vital for your gut biome and bowel movement health. These are the most convenient products to up your soluble fiber intake and are relatively flavorless and nearly calorie free (a tablespoon is about 5 calories). Make sure you drink it relatively quickly or it'll begin to gum up and solidify, and do this one or two times per day, ideally in the morning and evening in 12 hour splits if you choose twice per day.

The apple or two per day also contributes pectin to your gut biome, which is yet another soluble fiber. You can add apples to oatmeal to double down on this intake or you can eat them as snack or mash them into sauce, whatever works for you just don't boil or fry them which breaks down pectin

Oatmeal is the natural source for Beta-Glucan 1,3;1,4 and can replace one dose of the powder if eaten during your day.

The result is huge movements that pass with no effort and require no wiping.

Additional information:

You need to make sure you are drinking enough water as your body needs water to hydrate and pass the soluble fiber. Without enough water you will become dehydrated quickly.

It can take 48 hours before your bowel movements begin to perfect into what I mentioned previously.

If you do this every day, you will never need to wipe again. You can use a single square of TP to spot test, but you'll waste it every time.

The added benefits of doing this to your diet are:

> Lowers bad cholesterol
>Prevents some saturated fat absorption which keeps bad cholesterol down
> keeps you feeling full much longer than by proteins of fats alone
> positively impacts the gut-brain relationship increasing your health both physically and mentally
> is a huge part of the natural human diet before industrial foods took over

You ever notice or wonder why animals in the wild don't get dingleberries or have horribly muddy bungholes? Its because the natural diet for an animal prevents the need to wipe. The natural human diet requires a sizable portion of soluble fiber, and when incorporated, makes a world of difference.

vegetables

Vegetables contain insoluble fiber, also very good for you, but does not generate the same result as increasing your soluble fiber intake.

You need vegetables to form a healthy diet, but are not for what I'm describing
>>
>>76944630

>The apple or two per day also contributes pectin
Nah, it mostly contributes sorbitol which is responsible for the march through your intestines
>>
>>76944639

The color lightens up to a darker tan instead of a brown.

They're absolutely huge, you'll be amazed at what you can extrude doing this.

They're moist and nearly fall out with minimal effort even though they're massive in size and length

But weirdly enough, they leave zero residue behind.

In theory you can just eat oat meal and rye gruel like a medieval peasant for two meals per day every single day, but what I'm offering is that you continue eating exactly as you are now with the same benefits of living on whole grain gruel

Soluble and insoluble fibers work very differently. Most westerners do not eat nearly enough, if any, insoluble fiber and thats what this post is about.

Most westerners do not eat nearly enough, if any, *Soluble* fiber and thats what this post is about

This cereal is most likely entirely or nearly entirely insoluble fiber, a different thing that does make big poops but doesn't offer the same benefits that I'm describing.

If you switch your bread intake to only whole wheat bread, you'll begin to see some small improvements but not as drastic as what I'm describing. The package needs to say "Whole wheat", packages that say "wheat bread" are just white bread dyed brown. Whole Wheat is a legally different product and the actually healthy one

No increase in gas. Soluble fiber doesn't affect gas production in any real capacity as it doesn't contain any complex sugars or sulfur compounds that lead to gas production.

>Psyllium Husk powder

>>
>>76944654
Likely because you're eating insoluble fiber in excess.

Soluble and insoluble fibers are very different. Soluble fibers like what I described lead to the highest S tier bowel movements of your life

>Likely because you're eating insoluble fiber in excess.
I use Psyllium Husk powder
>>
>>76944655
>>76944657

If you experience any discomfort its because your gut literally lacks the numbers of bacteria that eat soluble fiber. The more you take in, the stronger the numbers of that bacteria, the healthier your gut, the less discomfort

do you drink enough water?

If you're buying the lowest tier psyllium husk, sure but the actual amounts are so minute that its inconsequential. Arsenic poisoning from brown rice is much easier to achieve than lead poisoning from psyillum husk.

Rye and barley contain Beta-Glucan 1,3;1,4 as well but much less than oats.

You can add oats to beef stew, you'll never taste them.

Psyllium Husk always makes me gag whenever I've tried to have it

Mix it with your favorite flavor of protein powder, you won't taste it at all, the only difference is that your shake will be a bit more jelly like
>>
>>76944667
Is this only the case for rolled/instant oats for you or do you find steel cut oats to be problematic too? I find steel cut to be much closer to barley corns than oatmeal in texture
>>
>>76944630
I have no idea what I eat that causes some of the worst bowel movements in my entire life. The other night I was just in the kitchen getting a glass of water, then I have a major emergency. Like I'm running to the bathroom to explode liquid sulfur out my ass. The explosion was so bad it painted the entire insides of the bowl this green-brown liquid. I had to clean the toilet and take a shower after it was so bad.
>>

Seriously give this guide an attempt, or at least follow parts of it, it'll change your life.

I went from butter, beef, and potatoes every day and having the muddiest deuces of my life to having the highest tier of paper towel cardboard roll sized deuces that take less than 3 minutes to release. Its the greatest thing I've ever experienced. Poops went from being a chore of infinite wiping to an absolute joy.

I own a bidet and I keep rolls of tp in my bathrooms.

The bidet is hardly ever used anymore. I'm of the opinion that nations that have adopted it are missing soluble fiber in their diets and required a bidet to offset the mass marker ass they must have.

I deuce, break off one single square of tp, and check for residue, and there never is any. I've been clean-shitting for over 6 months now and everyone irl that i've passed this knowledge onto and has adopted this method has reported the same success.

CBD stimulates my gut like nothing else. I can predict exactly when I will need to shit after smoking CBD cannabis
>>
>>76944771
This guide is mainly for the consistency of the bowel movements in texture, cleanliness, and ease of passing.

Regularity in movements by time can be affected by a lot of factors, but mainly, a consistent diet with little variation will accomplish this in the same way.

insoluble fiber certainly can, especially in excess.
Soluble fiber functions very differently
>>

Extremely based. I usually rely on coffee to get my dook out in the morning. Even when I eat badly it works. But right now I'm having a massive second shit due to all the fiber I ate yesterday and it's better. So purgative

I have expereriernced these before, but not on purpose. Feels like your not even trying and always very surprised to see almost a footlong deuce sitting in the bowl after I am done. Very satisfying. Good job on your guide OP

just get l-glutamine, that shit made me pretty much stop farting and having tummy aches like ever, even long after i stopped taking it
though i did like go though 200g of the stuff over the course of a month and i did tear my asshole once because my body wasn't adapted to taking non-liquid stools
i'd still say it's worth more than its weight in gold, ESPECIALLY since i got rid of all my gastric issues using it alone, while only creating one temporary problem for myself

You know, glutamine can be found in fish, red meat, nuts, greek yogurt, milk, beans, spinach...
If you don't eat plenty of those, wtf are you doing on /fit/?

i'm aware, but considering dietary glutamine being bound with other proteins diminishes its therapeutic effects on the gut, someone who already has a damaged gastric system won't see much effect from it compared to supplementation
while i can't say i'm a big enjoyer of NUTS, i had plenty fermented dairy, meat and lentils in my diet while simultaneously having gut issues and i didn't make any lifestyle or diet changes when i started taking additional glutamine, which if i may add is dirt cheap compared to some other products for this issue

I've really enjoyed reading this thread. I too have known the enjoyment and pleasure of a clean as a whistle bumhole even after shitting for quite some time, with wiping being a mundane formality that you go into 100% confident that you will draw an ace straight off the tee. OP will set you on the right path that's for sure, but he's far from giving you the full picture. Unlike OP though, I'm not foolish enough to just spread this knowledge around willy-nilly since it took me years of experimentation, research, and trial and error to get this far so I don't just give out this information for free. My secret will go with me to my grave.

>>
>>76944653
Look, I'm glad that adding soluble fiber to your diet has helped you, but you're just objectively lying to this guy. Sugars and sulfur are not the only things that cause gas. In people with variants of irritable bowel syndrome, fiber is fermented in the gut by unfavorable bacteria leading to gas production.

been having some issues myself and I'm willing to believe this works

I noticed some really clean shits after using some of that PEG-3340 powder which does the same as soluble fiber basically. Combined with big glasses of water, ORS packets and eating tons of dates and applesauce.

I tend to have decent shits naturally though as long as I stay hydrated and eat my breakfast which is where I get my oats, fruits, yogurt etc.

I think for me hydration is the big thing to keep an eye on. Those fibrous foods hold on to a lot of water.

The issues were what I thought was constipation by the way, but I think it's more of a fake feeling of pressure in the rectum causing me to push. Dunno if it's sone pelvic floor thing or a hueg prostate or what. I'm just going to see if it goes away I guess.

Not saying that your method is bullshit but there is no such thing left as untouched nature. Whatever animals eat it is contaminated because humans interfere with the entire food chain everywhere
>>
but OP, how can I take SATISFYING poops? I mean the kind where it almost feels good coming out, and you leave with a smile on your face. You know the kind I mean. The massive ones that slowly exit you, but without the need to push. The ones that gently stretch out your starfish, but not to the point of pain.

I once conducted an experiment. I ate around 300g of oats a day plus lots of veggies and fruit and raw garlic. I had the most vile disgusting toxic farts imaginable and I was bloated af, I ripped massive farts every few minutes. My shits were absolutely massive and it was quite painful to push them out. One of the logs was so big that my friends went to check it out and most of them took pictures and showed it to their friends lmao.
But it was a pretty shitty (hehe) experience. Since then I've been eating less fiber.
