I have no muscles.
Yesterday, I could only hold a plank for 40 to 50 seconds.
Today,
I spent two minutes in a dialogue with my inner self, swearing that if I failed to reach the two-minute mark, I would abandon my beloved dream and my entire future. Because if I cannot command my body to remain still for a mere 120 seconds, how could I ever hope to command it over the next 20 years?
Is fate predetermined? Does self-agency exist, or is everything merely luck, like the commies say? Am I incompetent?
Then, I made it.
I broke the record.
I can't believe myself.
How to apply this self-talking to other real-world stuff?
This is a superpower.

Literally anybody who isn’t overweight can do the same thing, planks for time are not that difficult to train up
