I usually do high rep bw pull ups but I'm thinking ditching them for 10kg ones. I'm able to do like 12 in a row with 10kg.

Yes. Overloading = muscles must get stronger to keep pulling. Always doing high rep bw pull ups is equivalent to the guy who always benches 1pl8 at the gym and looks the same year in, year out.
