How long does it take you to roll out of bed and get moving?
>>
>>76944989
Zero minutes. I'm half asleep and tired as fuck, but I need to take a piss and so do my three dogs.
>>
>>76944989
>in a hurry?
like 5 min
>no hurry?
like a solid hour, kek.
>>
>>76944989

How obese are you?

>be me
>wake up
>get out of bed
>take a piss
>go back to bed
>cant sleep after like 20 - 30 minutes
>get out of bed again and begin my day
How it works for me usually.

When I need to go to work as fast as I need to be. On weekends it can take hours
>>
>>76945033
If I didn't have the dogs, I would probably do the same. But I get up and take a piss. Then they need to go outside, which takes a few minutes. I'm right there in the kitchen so I go ahead and start coffee brewing. Then they want breakfast, which takes a few minutes (two of them are on a lot of meds right now). Then I'm mostly awake and fuck it, might as well cook breakfast and get on with the day. Dogs are good alarm clocks mostly, apart from the incredibly lazy breeds.
>>
>>76944989
Workday? 5 seconds
Weekend? I'm playing with my wood for a solid 45.
>>
Protip: Have a thermos full of coffee you made the night before by the bed.
>>
>>76945115
Also I usually mutter "cock sucker!" at my alarm clock before I wake up to go do 90 in my shitbox for an hour.
>>
>>76945119
Takes lile 2 minutes to make coffee and i love the percalating sound
>>
>>76944989
with no alarm I am straight up no problem
waking with an alarm and I am sluggish even if the sleep time is good
>>
>>76944989
My theory is that good sleep should feel like eternity and be difficult to get up from. I had two dreams tonight that felt like each lasted like a fucking week even though I only slept about 6 hours. Sometimes I nap for 40 minutes but wake up feeling like I've been out for hours. These are best sleeps.
>>
>>76945124
Same. Gotta autistically keep a sleep schedule when working regular full time hours or i am fucking miserable.
>>
>>76945068
How many fucking dogs do you have?
>>
>>76945068
Dog guys are almost as cringe as cat ladies
>>

Last time I had dreams like that I was shooting the motherfucking alien from Alien in the face, musta shot that fucker 100 times and it refused to die. Then my lil nephew woke up and came to wake me up, ngl felt physically ready but mentally out of it still.
I think you wake up best if it's not straight out of REM sleep but im no doctor.
>>
>>76944989
As long as I want it to.
>>
2 min I wake up hit the vape take my Adderall chug some water and I'm good to go.
>>
>>76945152
Richfag or neet?
If I was rich I'd be jumping out of bed to go do some cool shit. You must be lame and gay.
>>
>>76945136
Three. Was two, but picked up a stray that was in rough shape this summer and ended up keeping him.

workdays I used to have it timed, four minutes back in bed on my phone after I get up and shut off my alarm clock that's across the room. I spend less time in bed now since I don't have a microwave and heating up my dinner means heating it on the stovetop. everything's on a timer on a work day.
days off I generally spend about ten minutes on my phone before getting out of bed.
>>
>>76944989
Depends.
When I had class I'd be up in five or ten minutes to eat then study.
I'm on break now and will spend an hour or so in bed.
>>
Once I wake up I already know I won't be able to fall asleep again even if I had the time and wanted to, so the next thing I think of is having a coffee, and at that point I have to get up anyway and see no reason to go back to bed.
>>
Probably like 2 hours. I will pretty much stay in bed until I build up a high level of anxiety about wasting my whole day and then I will get up

stop wasting your life
>>
>>76945286
If i waste my life and you become successfull we both still die. Unlimately in death it wint matter what we did.

I roll back and then launch myself out of bed

>(struggler mode:)
bowl of cold water, maybe with of bit of salt, and a rag.
kinda waterboard yourself with the wet rag. then do short diaphragm breaths and hold air while going chloroform style as long as you last.
wipe and clean yourself a bit and put rag around your neck.
squeeze
then shove face in bowl and scream.
use rag to take off excess water.
go get ice cubes and rub them all over yourself (put in wet rag if needed).
put ice in bowl, wait till really cold, and repeat the whole thing once more.

You'll probably get up just to not wet the bed and you won't want to get back in + beauty routine and test boost
you are welcome

I get up as soon as the alarm goes off. No point lollygagging.
>>
>>76944989
>Alarm goes off
>Get out of bed
>Turn off alarm
>Crawl back into bed
>Fade in and out of sleep until I have 10 minutes to get to work
>Get out of bed
>Shower
>Get dressed
>Go to work
>End up being anywhere from 5-30 minutes late
>Repeat ad infinitum
I'm sick of being this way but clearly not enough to have fixed things
>>

>Takes lile 2 minutes to make coffee

>get up at 8:20 all groggy

>actually arrive at office 9:15
on weekends i wake without an alarm before 8:00 and feel good

I actually get up quite early and quickly, usually 630 on weekdays and 7 on weekends, I never sleep late, and I don’t lie around in bed for hours. Unfortunately, it isn’t like I do anything of any value. I proceed to waste every day. Being up longer just means more time to think about how much of a loser I am and how much I want to kill myself

Sounds like a motivational issue to me

Lately it’s been taking longer and longer. When I don’t have work I don’t get up until at least 2pm and after I workout just spend all day sitting around. It’s bad.
>>

Caffeine addiction?
>>
>>76944989
Instantly, if I have to. I can get out of bed, put on some clothes, brush, shit and leave out the door in 20 minutes max.

I get a rush of OCD thoughts when I wake up so idling in bed isn't very comfy.
>>
>>76944989
Like 3 seconds or 4 seconds to remember how old I am, if anything hurts, if I have obligations today, ect. I used to get out of bed like a bat out of hell but I kept reinjuring things like a sprained wrists or ankle.

I think it's mostly my parasympathetic nervous system always having me in high gear.
>>
>>76948037
No the light has gone out of my life. I’ll be fine I’m sure, but I’m not doing much more than holding it together for the moment.

On workdays, probably about a half hour. I keep hitting snooze, I'll even get up to turn off my alarm clock across the room and climb back into bed half asleep.

Weekends, I bedrot for an hour or two then doomscroll until about 3pm when I start getting ready to gymcel.

I used to be so much more fun
