I think I might have shot my CNS after my workout on friday. Was my last chance for a workout at the gym for at least a week and thought I'd just do a couple zercher rack pulls and deadlifts. Started deadlifts with 8x180kg and went up to a PR with 1x220kg. After that I went into the gym sauna. And was pretty tired after that. Now three days later I don't feel like I have a cold but my throat is inflamed and I'm really fucking groggy overall. Anyone have made similar experiences and can tell me how long it usually takes for the body to recover?
