Hey bros I'm building a calisthenics routine because my back is fucked and the only options I'm getting from the medical system are opiates or spinal fusion (with some opiates).
I rehabbed myself back to walking without a cane with homebrew PT but it's still painful to do basic shit like standing or sitting in one place for longer than a couple minutes.
Any recommendations or favorites for info sources? Youtube channels, websites, info dumps, etc. I'm absorbing as many resources as I can to build something. I'm open to buying a book if it's good.
