get a power rack
>>
>>76945344
Waste of space, get one you can put in a door frame.
>>
>>76945344
Looks like the most possible space you could take up for pullups
>>
>>76945349
>>76945353
Don't have the option for either of those. Also i'm a calisthenicfag and dont need a power rack. This one folds up nicely and can be leaned against a wall or tucked under the bed when not in use.
>>
>>76945363
you do need a power rack...
>>
>>76945344
get something like this instead of that memeshit
>>
>>76945361
Not just pull ups, I'd use it for muscle ups, leg raises and planche progressions.
>>76945371
I would if it didn't take up so much space
>>
>>76945344
Interestingly enough, Will Tennyson had this exact contraption in his recent Temu Home Gym video
TLDW it kinda sucked dick for squats, and if you want a pull-up bar and dip bars, there are better options. Personally, I'd do a wall-mounted bar if possible, and parallel bars you can also buy or make them yourself
>>76945371 is also a decent option, although that style of "pull up bar" I hate with the fury of a thousand suns
>>
Just go to a park
>>
I have one of these. It's a good option if you can't have a door frame mounted one. It folds up well, you can do dips, and I personally like putting my resistance tubes on it to mimic a lat pull down or tricep push down.
>>
>>76945344
get a squat rack instead. its approx the same footprint but actually good
>>

retarded design

You need rings nigga. Do a lot of ring dips and iron cross progressions. You can also train planche with a ring false (forearm assist) grip and it will feel better than static grip.
For pull you know what to do, lots of weighted pullups will unlock the lever and everything else pull related.

I have one of these because my squat rack doesn't have a pull up bar, and if you weigh it down it's pretty good.

Just pick this shit up for $100. Anything that folds up runs the risk of folding you.
Unless you're a fatass fatass and/or plan on doing some kipping, you're better off with a more stable set up that you can either weigh down or bolt down to the floor for stability.
>>
>>76945767
I have a different model and it's not very robust. If anyone has room for these, just put in a power rack with pull up bars.
>>
>>76945767
Why not just use the barbell on the top hole of the squat rack?
>>
>>76945759
I do want rings, the issue is i need a rack to hang them from, ceiling isn't an option.
>>76945767
How does it hold up quality-wise? does it wobble during pull ups/muscle ups?
>>76946473
That looks like shit, completely unstable unable to hold an 4'8 asian woman
>>
>>76946702
This one is pretty heavy duty. I don't have any issues with it.
>>76946716
Top hole is only about 6'4 off the ground so it's not tall enough.
>>76946717
No wobbling during dips or pullups. I haven't tried muscle ups with it because I'd smack my head into the garage ceiling, but I'd imagine it has the potential to slide if not properly secured. I didn't do anything to keep mine from moving. It just doesn't with dips or pullups.
>>
>>76946717
You can hang the rings from a tree or anything else. Maybe you should hang yourself instead
>>
>>76945344
I always enjoy how small the shooped in model is in Chinese workout equipment listings.
>>
>>76945344
Whatever you do OP make sure to pay attention to the dip bar width, some of these towers have weirdly wide dip grips (idk what you prefer, but for me the wide ones are almost uncomfortably unusable)

>>76945767
>try to do pull ups
>hit legs against "seat"
Same shit with a dip "tower" thing at a nearby gym, hate this shit so much
>>
>>76947170
Oh, I do pullups facing outwards.
>>
I do chin-ups with legs pulled to my chest into fetal position, and then I lean back a bit.
