Just do Nordic curls + hip thrusts

you won't be able to lift it to snap your back if it's capable of snapping your back bro

The best butt + ham exercise that exists.

Remember. MINIMIZE LOWER BACK INVOLVEMENT.

>Remember. MINIMIZE LOWER BACK INVOLVEMENT.

agreed bot, minimize it to zero:
seated glute kickbacks - sliding foot on the floor, i use rubber band hooked low

sit on one buttock and upper thigh, kickback, keep it kicked back with slight undulations at the end range of motion of hip joint - the only gluteus maximus isolation there is
>isolation from huwhat ?
from lower back wherein u're cramping psoas like and retard
>just keep yo spine neutral
and herniate disk - genius :D

Since le squat atg/deadlift/cj beltless for a decade meme heemed me into hernia, I unironically found rdl and hack squat a God's blessing combo
>>
>>76946455
>found rdl and hack squat
it's adductors and glute medius bot :D and vastus lateralis
it's the opposite of the fix for legs :D

>all without critical compression of my hernia
Okay, anon, you surely showed me by mentioning scientific terms

>Okay, anon
don't anon me bot :D
it's all adductors, and it's only natural the most shilled "lifts" here are utter fucking garbage

glute max, VMO and gastrocnemius is what most people long for and most people lack
and these are nowhere to be seen with squats and deadlifts, in fact these things will atrophy from squats and deadlifts
>it's hack squat
doesn't fucking matter
>it's rdls
same difference

by your own admission bot - it's all adductors

I hate to say it but this is 100% true. The big compound lifts and variations for lower body cause horrendous imbalances particularly by working some muscles disproportionately to others by an absurd degree. Most people will not have the capacity to work these other muscles. Most other exercises do not hit musculature so hard because less weight is used and thus more exercises can be programmed. Squat and deadlift in particular are unique in that more weight can be used than other exercises hence why they are the most prone to injury, imbalances and excessive fatigue. Saying "I'll just use less weight" doesn't work either because these lifts only stand out for the fact more weight can be moved with them

It’s kind of unfair to use science here.
We got a science board for science-y stuff.
Next thing you’ll be citing statistics triggering mass math anxiety here. You could fucking close down this board for weeks.

>>76947770
No you're both wrong and retarded. Which muscles do they not hit? Glutes like he said? Completely wrong
>>
>>76948909
No they do hit glutes and very hard that wasn't the point tho. You're using more weight and energy than any other lifts and it's not even close. That's also the problem.

Are you guys editing his butt to look extra juicy when he leans forward?

Hip thrusts are optimal for gloots.
