i only do legs atm and do a glute+hamstring, quad split. i do a lot of redundant exercises becus it just feels cool. my goal is to get big legs and big glute first, strength second.My gym friend recommended I just do the same leg routine each leg day, and I should only do: leg press, hip thrust, calf raise, side leg raise, and leg curl.Current routine is pic related, its probably kind of retarded, but should i do anything else if im just doing what my friend recommends.
