I reached my goal physique and am getting a bit bored of the gym now that I'm just maintaining. ITT you come up with suggestions on an activity I could do once a week to replace my 4th weekly gym day. It has to be physical and help maintain my muscle mass. I'll switch to a 3day full body and add this extra physical activity starting next year. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
