I’m 6’1, 135lbs. I have the body type of Vitalik Buterin, the arms of picrel, and the hairline of Vegeta. How fucked am I? Would I be able to put on muscle mass naturally? How hard would it be for me to get to 160-170lbs and maintain it?
there is no hope for you because you ask for approval online instead of doing it
>>76946775For me, it's the sock
>>76946775>Would I be able to put on muscle mass naturallyYes unless you have some kind of bizarre condition. You aren't special, you just don't eat or move your body. Or you have a tapeworm, idk>but alsoIt doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline. If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
>>76946775Easy as fuck to get to 170lbs. You just need to be open minded, drop that notion skellies always have where they claim to eat 6k calories a day. Start actually tracking calories, and it will speak for itself. Be willing to admit you fucked up and willing to do better next time. Caloric surplus + focus on OHP, bench, squat and deadlift, progressive overload. I would unironically recommend you do SS.At 6'1" you really need to be heavier than 170 too, I'm 6'3" so barely taller than you and I looked emaciated at that weight. Us tall niggas need to be 200 at least. Being 6'1" also means your hairline is irrelevant, you're automatically above average looks to most women by being tall. Just shave that shit off and focus on getting as strong and as muscular as possible. Good luck bro ygmi
>>76946802I wasn’t asking for approval. Just simply trying to get a realistic take on the matter without someone trying to sell me something>>76946810>you'll never put in the work otherwise you would haveThats not true. Just because I haven’t started yet doesn’t mean I won’t put in the work. Dedication isn’t the issue.>you just don't eat or move your bodyI work a physically demanding job and I’m even active outside of work. I hardly ever take a break. I eat to fill my hunger but clearly that is’t enough.>worried about some arbitrary timelinewut?>>76946815I was always a skinny kid so I tried counting calories at one time back around 2010ish when I was trying to eat more. I was getting around 4500-5000 calories a day. Not much relatively speaking but it was for me. I even did GOMAD, which was a big mistake because I nearly contaminated the work place one time. “Bulking” was tough. I had to force myself to eat even when I wasn’t hungry and I always felt like shit. But yea, other than than basic bench press / squat workouts I did at the house, I will admit I never did proper workouts or went to the gym ever. I was just noticing that the older I got, the less muscle and strength I had. I really would like to take that step towards trying to change things
>>76947028Start counting again and stick with it. There's only one way to gain weight. Do you want to make it or not?
>>76946775Dude your pale, go take the sunshine and eat a cheeseburger, it could be a good first step
>>76946775Unironically do GOMAD
>>76946775I was even worse than you, lowest weight at 120 pounds 6’2. Then I learned to cook, now I sit between 170-180

Eat what you normally eat + 2kgs of greek yogurt (whole, not faggy 0% fat) and all farmer's walk and sled pull and push at the workouts
>>76946775>I emerged from an 11 month coma in 2015>Was 125lb before 92lb after>I ate healthy and have done physical therapy for years>Now 175ish-lb5x6>Bench 225>Squat 255>Dead 405Lift big weights and eat good meals that make you full l. And you can get bigger OP
>>76947028It sounds to me like you never stuck to the bulk for long enough to see results. Try a year.
