I have tried so many things like relaxing exercises, kegels etc. and nothing seems to work other than consciously focusing on it and trying to relax it but that's temporary and goes away quickly. What is the logic, I don't get it.

I have no idea what that even feels like so I can't help you.

Stop masturbating entirely for some weeks, do hamstring stretches, specially those where your tailbone sits squarely on the floor, sometimes it's easy to trick yourself into thinking your stretching your hamstrings when you're actually bending over your lower back like fuck. Also do the single leg variation for reaching easier. Quit the kegels and reverse kegels, you're most probably adding unnecessary tension that feels releasing at the time but comes back stronger. Do a yoga flow from youtube, actual yoga, not old lady pussy shit. You're welcome.

>Stop masturbating entirely for some weeks
That makes it worse.
>hamstring stretches
will try that but there has to be something permanent
>Quit the kegels and reverse kegels
I stopped doing them years ago. I think there's some kind of a muscle imbalance that uses the pelvic floor instead of something, else, don't know.

There's an underrated psychological component when it comes to this type of accessory muscle tension, and you're probably right that there might be some kind of muscle imbalance, as it happens for instance, with bad posture. But trust me, quit iron grip fapping for a while while doing hamstring stretches and yoga.

Straddle stretches are great too even if they don't primarily target the hamstring, but as you can obviously clock visually they stretch the inner pelvis a bunch. However I still find that the sitting-on-your-tailbone hamstring stretch opens the pelvic floor much more. Again, it's easy to fool yourself into thinking you're doing that one properly when you're just bending over your lower back. If you sit on your tailbone with your legs stuck together and all you can truthfully manage is barely having your back straight (can try it up against a wall) then that's alright and a signal that your stretching currently sucks and you'll have to take it bit by bit, no quick permanent fixes.

Fascia plays a role too and that's deeply interwoven hollistic connective tissue all across the body. Hence, the full body yoga flow recommendation too. Find different flows, maybe some that are leg-focused, and repeat the ones that you like. Do for weeks.

This is years of millenial boomer penis wisdom, don't waste it, my kind doesn't waste time on /fit/ as often anymore.

I don't do that anyway. I will do the stretches but feel like it's something completely different yet can't pinpoint it. Like I said, if I focus on relaxing it, most of the time it does work but it's temporary.

I was suffering from pretty painful piriformis syndrome which made it hard to walk if I sat down for more than 20min and did a combination of 100f stairmaster sessions, hip ab/adduction, planks, back extensions, bodyweight squats/wallsits, lost 20lb in 4mo, lots of stretches and HOT baths with Epsom salt
I feel better, for what its worth.
Look into relationship between piriformis, glutes, psoas, and core

I found certain exercises to cause pelvic floor symptoms. In short, any exercise where my feet are not grounded cause symptoms, such as chin-ups and pull-ups, dips, and dead hangs. Even swimming seems to cause flares. Since I work out now only using exercises where my feet are on the ground, I have been fine.

I have pudendal nuralgia and i think my nerve is entrapped at the sit bones. Havent been able to sit at all for the last 8 months. Internet says it could be from pelvic floor dysfunction, but i think its entrapment. Anyone ever suffer from this, or know what i could do to fix it? Got it from sitting on a hard surface chair for prolonged period of time.

Stretching usually relaxes muscles...
