In my view strength training is basically trying to speedrun muscle development, it will go well at first but you will eventually injure yourself and have to start over or you will get so burnt out from going for prs you will just stop training altogether for months at a time

That's my personal experience with it

I eat plenty but sleep has always been on and off for me

I personally just feel more comfortable with a high rep bb routine
>>
That’s why you don’t speedrun it, retard, you take your time, eat well, and rest well

That's how it should be in the first couple years. Once the gains aren't easy it's time to slow your shit down and learn patience, get on steroids or get on with your life.

If you use perfect form on every lift every time for every Planck length of the movement, it is impossible to injure yourself or burn out.
All the middle school bros say so.

Strength training in and of itself is speedrunning muscle growth in comparison to bb

That is my thesis

what makes pic rel infinite gains? just the assumption that it's an ideal op-amp?
