I can bench 100kg/220lbs for 3 reps. I can't complete 3 ATG squats with the same weight without my form going to shit. Is it normal?

>>76947064NTAThere's no conclusive evidence of whether ATG or Parallel is better or worse for anything. The one thing ATG gives that Parallel doesn't, though, is greater mobility. So if I'm going to spend all that time squatting, it might as well be ATG.
