Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.

Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

~180lbs to 158lbs @ 173cm
I was around 200lbs on Novemeber 2024.

How much weight should I cut to see abs?
Also, my lifts

Im doing a PPL routine 2xweek
Push day is usually
>start with 5min dynamic stretching
>warm up with empty barbell 20 quick reps
>increase to lmao1pl8 8 controlled reps
>increase to 155lbs 6 controlled reps
>up to working set of 175lbs for 5x3 atm
then

Next incline BP

Not sure when you had your last deload, but if I was in your shoes I'd try to break the plateau by having a pplppl with 2-3 set max rep for compounds 15, for isolations 20, and the next week try PLUL, just 4 times a week. You have the power, but maybe the CNS is s bit exhausted. Grind does that.

I dont think I will ever go full carnivore, but I have been eating meat everyday this past few months since really learning how to use the slowcooker. My diet is pretty much oats, eggs, meat and sourdough bread. I feel pretty good, but not amazing just yet.
