introduced them into my diet 3 months ago and it's legitimately changed my life.
my current slop bowl is: 0.75lb ground beef with reduced sodium onions sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. 1 large tater, cut into cubes and boiled. put taters in the bottom of a bowl and top it with the ground beef and a few pieces of pan fried broccoli and chilli flakes. fantastic macros.

I find the taste of cooked potatoes alone pleasing. Mild, sweet taste. It's something you can eat without any spices. Add a sprinkle of salt and they become delicious. You can also use potatoes in so many recipes. My favorite are mashed potato gravy bombs or German potato dumplings with gravy sauce, braised red cabbage and Rouladen.

They are small and lack muscle and end up with high bf%
Asians genetically have the tendency to store fat under the muscle and around organs more than any other race.
This is arguably worse than what a lot of western countries are going through, essentially since asians countries are getting fatter and fatter every year.

Say I have a good supply of chicken, beef, onions, garlic, and the potato; how many ways can it be prepared and dished so as not to get tired of it? If my fat fuck diet is replaced with mostly meat and potatoes, will I have any bodily issues like lacking nutrition or getting constipated? Russets or golds? I like golds.
