Do u guys feel "endorphins" after working out?I very much doubt that's a real thing
>>76948895It's pain relief. That's why you get less depressed stupid.
Go do an arms day. 6-8 rep sets of bis and tris for 60-90 minutes, no chinups/bench any of that bullshit just isolations. It won't interfere with your strengthfaggotry recovery and then you'll know what a pump is Arnold said it was like cumming.
always assumed that was something women write on social media with no substance
>>76948930Endorphins isn't the same as pump and you're meant to experience them during high intensity training like sprints
>>76948943Sprints don't aren't a better way of getting it than a 20+ minute zone 3 jog, sprints hurt, second I know when I'm high, da pump gets you high. You're not happy and fulfilled that your upper body feels tight and looks slightly bigger than usual. It's a chemical high.
don't get the endorphins feel often. but it is some pretty strong euphoria. your feet feel really bouncy and light. and laugh and smile alot for basically no reason.I've had it come on for like a couple weeks consecutively ish after around 10 months of cutting and then it stops.or like normally I run 3.5 miles to warm up. but if I ran like 14 miles I could trigger it kind of weakly.so yea it's real. not a consistent way to get high though.
>>76948895It takes an addictive personality that loves hardship and effort to actually get endorphins from adrenaline releaseBoth are quite rare on each own, together they're extremely rare, but within extreme sports category they're quite common.I am blessed with this gift and honestly I wouldn't trade it for anything. It's a double edged sword because pushing yourself more and more has net negative results on your health. Good for every now and then, but if you overdo it just for the druggie feeling then you're hurting your body.I found out I had it when I first started running funnily enough. At 17 I started going to the gym and at 20 I started running after I was limited by college. So I downloaded an app that tracked and instructed me how to get to 10k the fastest (it was called "couch to 10k") and after running for about 2 weeks I started to get the runners high after I kept pushing through the lack of breath and pain. It was great, imagine getting a reset on your stamina and energy levels with upbeat of druggie high. The downside was the recovery time took longer because I overexerted myself obviously.
>>76948895Yes, but only after a tough set or a PR on a main lift; the more dangerous the better. Squats give me the greatest high and the most regular high then deadlifts then bench then ohp.
>>76948895If you don't feel like puking and fainting you didn't push yourself hard enough
Get to max heart rate.
>>76948895Sometimes yesPost cardio high is more reliable though
>>76948895I definitely feel something that makes me feel cooler and more powerful than usual, watching the Cell Saga right now
>>76948895I feel euphoric after running and at peace after weight lifting
