A 6 hour marathon is objectively more impressive than a 3 hour marathon. Completing one in this time requires twice as much tolerance for pain and time on feet.
>>
Unless you have midget legs I don't see how you could run at 7kmh without holding yourself back. That's brisk walking pace.

It's not but anyone who gets off their butt, move and they are active has my respect.

Is there a single long distance runner that doesn't look like an absolute DYEL and doesn't have horrible health issues. Humans are probably the worst runners on earth
>>
At 4 mph you can walk it in 6.5 hours, so if you just jog for an hour and walk the rest of the time you can make it in 6.

For 6 hours straight without stopping?
>>
>cum in mouth six hour marathon pacer
what did she mean by this

Kek I thought the same

>CIM
Lol.
>California International Marathon
Oh.

I can only handle 30 minutes of running at a time.
>>
endurance sports are not impressive and boring
you just go at a pace you can handle
might as well just go for a hike in the woods instead so that you're around fewer people

>unimpressive and boring
That goes for everything, unless you're competing to win.
The rest of your post solidifies this point. You won't win if you go a comfortable pace.

>800m outdoor record average pace 23.72 km/h
>Marathon record average pace 21.26 km/h
Any event longer than 800m is redundant. It's the same only more of it. Like having a separate archery event where you shoot 100 arrows, another for 300, another for 500... another for 5000 arrows.

but then no one will see you and you wont get a nice fancy trophy and a free picture to show you are
>not fat
uhh
>cute
mmm
an attention seeking whore?

I like to get on the exercise bike and watch films while drinking wine, it's chill.
