Hey anons, I'm 185 cm/6'1 ft tall, weigh 72 kg/160 lbs, have double scoliosis since childhood, and look like an Auschwitz survivor. My new year's resolution is to learn to exercise regularly during my college afterhours. Can I just pick up the first better FBW plan out there, or should I focus on stretching and strengthening my back muscles first? Happy Chrismahanukwanzakah btw

>>76950013If I were you I'd start taking pilates group classes. Personally I've gotten fairly ripped from just doing a lot of pilates and calisthenics, and I've learned a ton of stuff from the teachers. I don't have anything against weights, but I'm a sucker for group classes because it's social and I don't have to expend willpower (also I catch people mirin all the time, good for the ego)
>>76950013Weird I’m 6ft 160 but I’m definitely not tail thin. How u do it op
>>76951586I've actually done some street workout in the past, although it was fairly irregular and during spring and summer>>76951610Shit genes and being a skinnyfat fucking chud with multiple congenital disabilities I presume (Poland's syndrome, Assburgers, syndactyly)
>>76951686Can't recommend group classes enough. It takes zero effort to sign up and show up, which is why it's so easy to keep at it. It's very obvious advice, but the reason people fail at fitness is because they give up, but looking at this site you wouldn't think that...
