Pretty much all anterior delts and triceps pushing the movement though. So I only do isolations for chest now and it's working, but there was A LOT to catch up from.

You want to flex your torso while training pecs in order to align the joints properly to put as much load as possible on the pecs. Though generally sticking to feel over what someone on /plg/ or elsewhere will tell you is usually better. Even for a roider your rear delts are severely overdeveloped explaining why your lats are not nearly as impressive as they could be. You're putting all the load on your rear delts and arms. I wouldn't be surprised if most of your backwork wasn't actually 80% arms+rear delts. You need to fix your technique to put the load on your lats.You look to be a very arm/shoulder dominant lifter. If you're going to ever compete, you could do fairly well if you sort everything else out and have the legs to match.
