>>76950684Early on sure it's sign you're do at least enough likely more than enough. Later it's diffent though most of the time you're going to want to fly somewhere just under that. The times where you are looking to experience it is when you're either you're adding a novel exercise or you're going back to work on doing an exercise you already do with more rom. If you're experiencing it all the time your form is probably inconsistent, your frequency is too low or you're not getting enough electrolytes.
