He isnt wrong but I dont think the idea holds true for all excercises/body parts.Even he conceded legs need volume (though he said you should do like 100 reps in 1 set to deal with this, that barely hyperbole).
>>76952142That's what I do, not the 100 reps part, and I noticed that I'm able to recover much faster, doing a single heavy top set for some exercises. I still squat 1x5 then 3x10 etc but I reduced the number of sets for other accessory exercises greatly.
