>>76952206the tug comes from when the kb is weightless at the top of the swing and then rapidly coming down applying the maximum amount of force almost instantly. You have to be very careful hanging weights off your penis as a sudden “yanking” of the weight can cause irreparable damage. Shift your weight backwards at the top of the rep or use less force on the upswing so the downward portion of the lift is gentler. Remember, penis gains are a factor of time under tension, there is no benefit to short intervals of extreme stress.
