The key for weight loss that nobody really wants to do is just to get a light manual labour job and cut out processed foods. Warehousing and factory work. Bring lunch with you and don't eat slop. I was 80kg 3 months ago and now I'm 75.5kg and the only two things that changed was I got a warehouse job and brought my own lunch instead of buying fast food.
Make simple changes like instead of eating the prepackaged yoghurt full of sugar and other crap, buy a big tub of greek yoghurt and some frozen berries and mix your own. Go without the mayo and skip the sugary condiments. It's actually quite easy.

I did this for 9 days. Just water. On day 9, my heart was racing but I was in bed. I thought I was having some potasium problem but it was dehydration. I put back all the weight I lost and more. I started training and got stronger but it did nothing for the weight. I got some Chinese retatrutide and lost 50lbs in 24 weeks while training. Now I am 203, and train every day. I finally control my food intake and weight.
