I want to buy a weighted vest, but my local store just have some (which looked pretty dirty due being too much time hanged in some steel sticks), but I want to know which brand/style or what should I look into before getting one, if possible I want to be able to adjust the weight somehow (I'm not sure if something like that even exists), and be able to wash it (if possible on my washing machine) because I'm pretty sure it'll stink after using it a lot.
Anyone got a brand/style which can recommend me to get?
if possible I wanna start with 10 lbs and then gradually go up without ruining the balance or something (I don't want to have 10lbs in just my left side or so, if possible to distribute the adjustable weight ).
Also, I'm not too skinny, and the brands I have seen seem to have muscled guys, so I want something I can adjust to my frame (I'm not too fat either, but I'm not sure how they come).

I asked on >>>/adv/ but someone told me to ask here.

>i'm not too skinny

i bought one on amazon thats like a bunch of tiny sandbags and you fill them in to adjust to your desired weight, its adequate, not amazing but works. was like $20 a few years ago so i'd budget like $200 now

I also thought about running with a backpack, but it'd ashame me a bit to be seen doing that, and putting all the weight on my back... I'm not sure how that'd affect me later, the thing I thought was to put a front backpack too, but the idea seemed too ridiculous to event try.

I saw some on amazon too, but I'm not sure where to get the weight things or how are they called (some said sand, other said plates), I'll keep checking out but I don't see many reviews there, just saw some which said there were issues with the straps and they broke easily and such (I guess I won't be getting those).

mechanical scale.
digital scales lie to you because fat people program them to lie to other fat people they can't calculate weight they just guess it the same person could have 5 different weight times measured 20 minutes apart. if you weight once then weight 5seconds later they give the same result just to fuck with you it's an engineer thing - to fake consistency

I got a nice weighted vest for calisthenics, especially for burpees, planks, dips, and pull ups. Most vests are adjustable. I suggest getting a 40lb one and starting your training at ~20lbs for calisthenics. Assuming you can actually do 10 pullups unassisted without the vest.

fatty fatty mcfat fuck can't do a pull up get out and eat a salad

A good vest lasts for many years and costs under 200 bucks. This is just pathetic.
