So i haven't had sex or masterbated in 7 months but my lifts havent increased.

Im still on 35kg for squat, 20kg for bench and 30kg for deadlifts, im 5'9, 83kg, 34 e cup, 28 inch waist. What am i doing wrong?

If you're like my wife, your ~5rm load is hardly any heavier than your ~20rm, either because you lack the type 2 fibers or because you lack the recruitment efficiency to use them well enough to get an adaptive stimulus. After literal years of making almost no progress with traditional strength training, we saw a breakthrough when we decided to work between rep ranges of 12 and 20. Meaning building to 20 reps at x weight and then increasing the weight to a 12rm and starting over. She's been making consistent effort like this ever since, and now she can do 10 pullups and pistol squat for days, which is quite the feat for her because if recruitment is an issue, deep balance is an issue.

Also it helped that I started cooking for us near daily. Lots of steak, venison, shrimp, eggs, cheese, veggies, mushrooms, rice, beans, and noodles. She had to get over the fear of gaining any weight and make some effort to put food away, and it's working after years of her feeling discouraged.

I mean i definitely eat, i go 2/3 times a week, my dad comes with me and i do the stairmaster and he does bike, then i do some machine work then i try free weights. The problem i have is i like the sauna and steam room, but then i have to blowdry my hair each time and im trying to cut down on heat so i avoid split ends.

I would say my exercise is really good, i dont overdo it so i dont risk injury and i like to take my time.

Get your bloods done. You also stalled. Do another excercise for each group and trick your muscles. Squat and leg press for instance. I alternate to break plateaus. More eggs and chicken. Carbs before workout. You stressed? Sleep ok?

So do 20 reps, eat more heapthy foods, and basically lower the weight. My core is so weak, i hope it sill help. I hope less weight will be easier to move
