>>76952782Just go like 400cal or so above being hungry, lift hard and eat carbs before being hungry and protein for every meal and snack. Eat some eggs and butter and vegetables and there ya go a complete diet. Weight will fluctuate drastically to the point of it being basically a useless metric. Hunger will only be a bad thing to go off if you're eating like 3 pans of broccoli a day. Sugary foods are a game changer, as they are the only food that will let you do more effective/heavy sets per session and also high insulin=high gains. A big mistake a lot of people make is their metabolism increases and they don't adjust protein or calories. For example you will digest and have no protein to use sooner if you are peak bulked vs cutting. You should just count calories and not let it change how much you eat but get an idea on how many calories are in what. If you constantly fast then have big meals you will make more of less calories and store more fat. Take progress pics and do NOT post them, some gay guy is gonna add it to his cum shrine and put your photo on a mannequin and make it dinner and lick it's butthole and shit you don't want that on your conscience.

I typically eat a big ass meal then lift to fuck, rinse and repeat as I'm absorbing the nutrients. Lifting all day is what's up and allows for more daily volume with less fatigue and higher working weight. It's easy to do this until highly fatigued for weeks, but gains are better than ever bulkmaxxing and even using this methodology for cutting but lower bulks and not letting the deficit get too low to lose fat faster than starvemaxxing.
