Just realised that my posture is completely fucked. The moment I sit down I slump down into a wheel and keeping the spine straight feels stressful. Is it possible to unfuck yourself or its alerady over?

it's hard to do by will alone, if it can be done at all. I had kyphosis? despite having a job where posture was important. I think, certainly others in my family do. So a lot of back stuff like >>76953366 didn't help. But working upper back and doing old-timey chest expansion exercises and breathing exercises worked. Going heavy is the key, if all the little muscles around your ribs and upper back and neck can function with three or four hundred pounds or more on your shoulders, they'll do just fine all day every day when they recover.
