This is funny, but that's just the OHP. What I do when I stall is revert to hypertrophy work. So I'll drop the weight and start doing sets of 12 then in a couple of weeks I go and retry my max and it's usually gone up. Remember my guy hypertrophy work is really useful for strength as well, I mean shit look at most BBs. You can't have that much muscle without corresponding strength.

this is what im doing and i think it's working, probably too soon to tell
changed up from doing straight amrap sets of 6 or so, to a set or two of about 70% weight where I amrap at around 15 or so reps, then try a max weight set or two for 3-5 reps after

it's unsustainable. of course you're going to plateau in your lifts if you don't have an actual plan of progression beyond increase weight every week.

Add weight. Can't do it? No problem, go back to same weight I did last session. Try to do an extra rep or 2. Can't do it? No problem, rest and protein. The stimulus from this week will surely allow me to do it next session. Simple as.

Film yourself and see if your form is degrading. OHP is a picky little bitch and having the bar 1cm off from the optimal position can make it a million times harder.

and make sure you're eating and sleeping enough. you're only a couple weeks away, at most, from OHP 100lbs for reps. You got this, OP.
