Is it possible to be a foodie without being a fat fuck?
>>76956413>foodieDepends on what you mean by that, but in general, for a natty, there is no way to out-train a bad diet.
>>76956413OMAD, isn't it obvious?
>>76956413>foodieWrong mentality to have, these people treat food like a science experiment and stuff their faces like no tomorrow. You need to see food as another daily function like brushing teeth or showering
>>76956413In reality it is easier to be fit if you enjoy good food and seek out rewarding diet experiences, but the term foodie has been ruined. Now half the people that "love food" really mean they love feeling full and indulge in gluttony. They want the slop, the calories. So eat good food, in moderation and you will be better than most.
>>76956413Yes, cooking delicious meals and enjoying the process helped me through my first real weight loss journey. And I know it won't fail me when I need to lose again
>>76956413Yes.But most foodies think goyslop is food.
>>76956669This, when I started cooking my food.I thought I was eating more, but in reality it was clean eating.I actually lost 30 lbs just by ditching the frozen food and sauces.
>>76956413yes, there's slim food criticshowever you have to eat real small portionsonly enough to taste the food without finishing it

>>76956413Have a negroni! Have 2!
>>76956414I mean if you run for like 2 hours a day you can burn a huge amount of calories, though you'll also be hungrier than you would be otherwise so it all comes down to having some level of restraint. Usually you never see people that active being anywhere near obese though so I assume it usually cancels it out and then some.

>>76958960>https://runbundle.com/tools/running-calorie-calculator>24km>5 min per kilometer>70kg>1,643 kcalI am unsure if it counts EPOC already = around 7% of expended calories for running. You can burn more calories by running faster but around 5:00 per km is a pace you can run every day without fucking up your recovery if you're sub 20 5k. If you're getting better your easy run pace can get up to even 4:00 per km.
